Cast On - topaz

Cast lead crystal and borosilicate glass

Cast On - topaz was created with the lost wax casting process, using topaz and clear lead crystal glass.  Although it appears fragile the final ‘knitted’ piece is deceptively strong due to its many connections throughout the sculpture.
